Q. Does anyone have CCPE’s definition for Chemical Engineers or know where to find it?

Q. I have a chance to be sent by a Canadian company to work in the US. The company recruits and then sends engineers all over N. America. Will this mean I am still subject to the 6 months rule during my 3 year wait on PR (before getting a Canadian passport)? Or as its a Canadian company can I spend much more than 6 months in any 12 month period in the US?

Q. How much time is given within which one has to undergo the medical exam once the notice of assessment is sent out ? Is it possible to wait for a tentative approval of application before going for the medical ?

Q. My family got PR and landed in Canada. Because I have not finished my Ph.D. degree, I applied for RRP in Bonn. In my application I showed a proof from my professor. He wrote that I will finish my degree till 30th. Sept. 1999. However, our application is refused. Please tell me what I should do.

Q. In the event that my spouse becomes pregnant following issuance of landing documents, does the visa office have to be advised of this change in medical status?
