Quebec is the coolest place offered for Canadian Immigration. But People from Asian countries and third world like it because they don’t have another easy option.

For your kind information, now I’m learning “French” language as per your advise.
It will be very useful to prepeare some basicly courses for Frenc lectures for imigration in first several months. Their practice there it will be more success.
