• Quebec Allocates 6,300 Places For Skilled Worker Program

The government of Quebec has announced that it will receive a maximum of 6,300 applications for a Quebec Selection Certificate through its Quebec Skilled Worker Program, which is due to reopen later this year.  >>Read More 

Canadian Immigration Applicants Warned Of Scam

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), the federal agency that is responsible for border enforcement, immigration enforcement and customs services, has warned in a press release of a scam asking applicants for Canadian immigration for money. >>Read More 

More Immigrants To Canada Heading West, Fewer To Toronto Area

The proportion of new immigrants to Canada settling in Toronto dropped to 33 per cent in 2010, from 48 per cent in 2000. The decade of the 2000s saw a rising share of new arrivals opting instead for other destinations, particularly medium-sized cities on the Prairies. >>Read More 

Groundbreaking Express Entry draw

For the first time since its introduction on January 1st, 2015, Canada’s Express Entry application management system has resulted in invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence being issued to candidates with less than 600 CRS points. >>Read More
