 Twelfth Express Entry Draw: CRS Points Required Continues To Decrease

The twelfth draw from the Express Entry pool was performed by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on June 26, 2015. A total of 1,516 invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence were issued to candidates with 463 or more Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points. >>Read More

• Landmark Express Entry Draw: Lowest CRS Points Requirement Ever

The thirteenth draw for Canadian immigration through the Express Entry selection system was performed by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on July 17, 2015. A total of 1,581invitations to apply (ITAs) for Canadian permanent residence were issued to candidates with 451 or more Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points. >>Read More

• Strict New Penalties For Employers Who Abuse The Temporary Foreign Worker Program

As of December 1, 2015, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) and Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) will be implementing new consequences for employers who violate the rules of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. • Pilot Investment Program For Canadian Immigration Receives Just Six Applications

A Canadian immigration through investment program launched last December, known as the Immigrant Investor Venture Capital (IIVC) Pilot Program, has received a mere six applications, as of June 8, far fewer than for its Immigrant Investor Program (IIP) that was scrapped last year.
