Q. After submitting my application to the Buffalo IAPC three months ago, I have not received any notice from them. Is this normal?
Answer: The backlogs created around May 1, as a result of the changes in the Regulations at that time, are most likely responsible for the delays that you are experiencing at this time. You will likely receive a postcard from Buffalo acknowledging receipt sometime shortly.
Comment: The May issue of the Canada Immigration Newsletter contains the updated Buffalo IAPC Service Standards. Our experience has been that even these revised standards cannot be met by Buffalo at this time.
