Answer: You should be aware that these numbers are historical, and are not necessarily predictive of future performance. You should be aware that Buffalo is much more capable of dealing with high volumes of applications, and that a slight increase in volume in Mexico could result is disproportionate increases in processing times overall. You should also be aware that many visa offices’ processing times are not the same for offshore cases as a result of differences in processing requirements.
