Q. Are there any fixed cycle for recruitment?

Is it true that applying during January helps since the recruitment decisions for the year are taken then ?

Answer: Staffing budgets always take effect in January. Companies tend to hold off hiring toward the end of the year to help the bottom line. Typically, January, February, May, September are peak months.
