Modifications réglementaire pour le Québec

Dans le but d'harmoniser la règlementation québécoise sur l'immigration avec la nouvelle réglementation fédérale (C-11), le gouvernement québécois prévoit faire certaines modifications réglementaires très prochainement.

De plus, en raison de la situation d'urgence, l'entrée en vigueur de la nouvelle loi sur l'immigration est prévue pour le 28 juin prochain, la décision a été prise de ne pas pré-publier lesdites modifications, la permission de déroger cette obligation ayant déjà été obtenue.

Plus de détails seront publiés dans les prochains numéros dès qu'ils seront disponibles.
