Understanding the Phases of the Federal Skilled Worker Application Process

Federal Skilled Worker (FSW)  applications pass through three phases of evaluation, each with their own requirements. This phased approach was introduced with amendments to Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) in 2008, with the primary aim of reducing backlogs and wait times. >>Read full article on CanadaVisa.com
