The twelfth draw from the Express Entry pool was performed by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on June 26, 2015. A total of 1,516 invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence were issued to candidates with 463 or more Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points. >>Read More

The thirteenth draw for Canadian immigration through the Express Entry selection system was performed by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on July 17, 2015. A total of 1,581invitations to apply (ITAs) for Canadian permanent residence were issued to candidates with 451 or more Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points. >>Read More

As of December 1, 2015, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) and Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) will be implementing new consequences for employers who violate the rules of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. A Canadian immigration through investment program launched last December, known as the Immigrant Investor Venture Capital (IIVC) Pilot Program, has received a mere six applications, as of June 8, far fewer than for its Immigrant Investor Program (IIP) that was scrapped last year.
