    I have filed my ECA on 10th July 2015 with a CRS score of 382 Points. Observing the trend of ITA’s till now. How much feasible is it for people like me who fall in the bracket of (350-400 CRS Points ) to get ITA without any job offer or PNP? and by when (Speculation) ?
