British Columbia issued 271 invitations for immigration candidates to apply for a provincial nomination for permanent residence on April 16.

This British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) invitation round was affected by coronavirus measures that have impacted B.C. businesses, according to their webpage.

The 271 candidates were selected from both the Skilled Immigration and Express Entry BC stream. The provincial score requirement varied depending on which subcategory candidates belonged to.
