Q. It is said some posts waive interviews on a regular basis, anyone would like to give out a list of these posts?

Answer: Although some visa offices are more likely to waive applications within their jurisdiction, the issuance of waivers to offshore applicants at any visa office is quite rare at present. Submission of an application to an offshore office should accompany a presumption that an interview must be attended at that location. In addition, some visa offices still routinely delay offshore cases, while most may require more time to verify documents from offshore sources.
