I am a Canadian citizen who is trying to sponsor my spouse to migrate to canada.
This process started in August of 2013.
April of 2014, he had an interview where he was denied status under the family class.
We filed an appeal, had a hearing on April 2015, to which the previous decission was overturned. He is now considered as a sponsored member of the family class.

My concern is… Since then it’s been 2months going on 3months and I haven’t heard or can get any response from either side of the Canadian immigration as to the status of our sponsorship.
I have submitted letters, made phone call. My inquiry comes up empty.

How long does it take to reopen a sponsorship file after a successful appeal,
And what kind of processing is involved…
I need clarification, so I may understand the delay.
    Thank you ,for your attention.
