My current score is 341, will I ever receive the Canadian PR ? Already 8 months have passed since my profile is in the pool. The points seems to drop at a very slow pace.

I got 5.5 band in IELTS.
Am I eligible for Quebec or any other PR program?

I am part of a Group of 5 sponsorship group in Orangeville, ON. We are working with UNICEF to bring a specific family of 5 Syrians from refugee camps in Jordan. They are UNHCR approved but don’t have passports.
We are almost ready to submit our application. The UNICEF worker who is assigned to the family in Jordan is providing the information for IMM 5373 E and we are at our target amount of 29,700.
My question: Do we need to raise an addition $2000 for the 5 passports they will need or does Canadian Immigration cover that?
    Thank you so much.
