Chris Collette is a Senior Attorney at Campbell Cohen.
Chris manages new and innovative projects as well as complex immigration applications. He has been working in the field of Canadian immigration for over 10 years, during which time he assisted thousands of clients and gained a wide range of experience with immigration applications of all types.
In addition to managing immigration applications, he has significant litigation experience, having appeared at various immigration tribunals (Immigration Division, Immigration Appeal Division, Refugee Appeal Division) and pleading before the Federal Court of Canada during his previous position at a top-tier Canadian immigration firm.
Chris regularly appears online to provide guidance and field questions related to immigration, and has frequently travelled for in-person presentations across the globe. He is fully bilingual and specializes in business immigration, complex immigration issues, and matters relating to inadmissibility.
Chris has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Juris Doctor (J.D.) from University of Montreal, and a Bachelor of Arts (International Development Studies) from McGill University. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario (2016).
