With the arrival of summer in Canada, the extensive lineup of festivals, conferences and conventions is set to begin. These events are usually quite elaborate and often require the entry into Canada of one or more foreign nationals to be actively involved in the necessary preparations.
This month has seen two Express Entry draws invite a total of 7,500 candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residence, making it the busiest June since Canada introduced the Express Entry system in 2015.
Express Entry candidates who receive an Invitation to Apply, or ITA, for Canadian permanent residence will now only have 60 calendar days to submit their complete electronic application, the Government of Canada announced Tuesday.
The Government of Canada has issued invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence to 3,750 Express Entry candidates in a new draw held on June 25, 2018. The cut-off Comprehensive Ranking System score was 442.
Invitations to apply for a provincial nomination have been issued to 592 candidates in Manitoba’s Expression of Interest pool, including 114 Express Entry candidates.
