Quebec has begun issuing the first invitations to Quebec Skilled Worker Program candidates who have made an expression of interest to the province through the Arrima portal.

The first notices were emailed to invited candidates on Thursday, July 4th.

Those who have received an invitation have 60 days to submit a complete application for a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ).

The Arrima system was launched in September 2018 to manage the bank of candidates for the Regular Program of Quebec Skilled Workers (PRTQ).

Candidates use the Arrima portal to complete a declaration of interest, which is then submitted to the PRTQ's bank of candidates.
